I hate to say I told you so, but, I told y’all so! In my blog post titled “Should You Be Shorting Tesla?” I said if I had extra cash on hand I would short Tesla. I have to say it like that because I’m not a broker and I can’t legally give stock advice. But I can let you know what I would do. And it turns out I was dead on like a Mack Truck!
If I had shorted Tesla stock on March 5, 2025 when I published my blog post until today’s close of 3/10/2025 I would have got a 20.45% profit on my investment in five days. And two of those days were weekend, non trading days.
I’m feeling like the Black James Bond of stock trading right now. What’s my name? Vince. Vince Bowman. 007! Shaken, not stirred.
